摘  要:小麦是世界重要粮食作物之一,但其遗传转化受到转化效率低和基因型依赖强烈的制约。在转化过程中应用再生相关基因能够显著提高遗传转化效率和再生效率,是突破这一难题的有效途径。通过GRF4-GIF1和TaWOX5的过表达,实现了多个小麦品种遗传转化效率的大幅提高,基本解决了小麦遗传转化过程中基因型依赖性难题,具有重要的理论借鉴和实际应用价值。Wheat is one of the most important cereal crops all around the world,but its genetic transformation is restricted by low transformation efficiency and strong genotype dependence.Application of regeneration-related genes in the transformation process can significantly improve genetic transformation efficiency and regeneration efficiency,and is an effective way to break through this problem.The overexpression of GRF4-GIF1 and TaWOX5 has achieved a significant increase in genetic transformation efficiency in several wheat varieties,and almost overcame the genotype-dependent problem in the process of wheat genetic transformation,which have important theoretical reference and practical application value.
