摘 要:枸杞表型数据的采集主要依赖于人工,并且需要频繁测量枸杞多种表型信息,不仅耗时耗力,效率低下,还容易出现疏漏和错误。利用枸杞种质资源表型标准图像,以枸杞花图像为例,进行部分特征数据提取的算法选取与实践。在使用SAM模型提取花柄的基础上,使用基于Voronoi图的中心线提取方法提取中心线,计算花柄长度;使用Welzl算法求花朵直径;并对计算所得的花柄长、花朵直径等信息,使用绝对误差、相对误差以及皮尔逊三项相关系数来评估测量其准确性,以验证枸杞标准化图像提取特征数据的可行性。结果表明:使用基于沃罗诺伊图(Voronoi diagram)的中心线提取方法提取的花柄中心线和Welzl算法求花朵直径精确度较高,能够满足使用需求。The collection of phenotypic data for Lycium barbarum primarily relies on manual labor,requiring frequent measurements of various phenotypic information.This process is not only time-consuming and labor-intensive but also inefficient,prone to oversight and errors.The standardized phenotypic images of Lycium barbarum germplasm resources were used and taking the image of Lycium barbarum flowers as an example,to select and practice algorithms for extracting partial feature data.Based on the extraction of the flower stalk using the SAM model,a centerline extraction method based on the Voronoi diagram was employ to calculate the length of the flower stalk.Additionally,the Welzl algorithm was used to calculate the flower diameter.With the calculated information such as flower stalk length and flower diameter,the absolute error,relative error,and Pearson correlation coefficients were used to assess the accuracy of measuring these parameters,aiming to verify the feasibility of extracting feature data from standardized images of Lycium barbarum.The results show that the flower stalk centerline extracted by the centerline extraction method based on Voronoi diagram and the flower diameter calculated by the Welzl algorithm have high accuracy,which can meet the requirements.
