摘　　要：宁夏引黄古灌区作为世界灌溉工程遗产之一,是我国黄河文化的关键组成部分,但在保护利用中仍存在遗产价值认知不足、知名度低,遗产保护利用不充分,遗产文化传承缺失和保护开发利用资金投入不足等现实问题。从文化遗产学角度看,应从挖掘宁夏引黄古灌区价值出发,完善遗产保护和利用的顶层设计,创新保护利用机制及管理方式,多种途径提升知名度,多部门多主体协同,引入社会资金投入,持续推动宁夏引黄古灌区高质量发展。As one of the world's irrigation heritages,Ningxia Yellow River ancient irrigation area is a key component of the Yellow River culture in China.However,there are still some practical problems in the protection and utilization,such as lack of recognition of heritage value,low visibility,inadequate protection and utilization of heritage,lack of heritage and cultural inheritance,and insufficient investment in protection and development.From the perspective of cultural heritage,it should be started from exploiting the value of Ningxia Yellow River ancient irrigation area,to improve the top-level design of heritage protection and utilization,innovate the protection and utilization mechanism and management mode,enhance the visibility through various ways,cooperate with various departments and various agencies,introduce social capital investment,and continuing to promote the high-quality development of Ningxia Yellow River ancient irrigation area.
