宁夏高标准农田建设成效、存在问题及对策建议

摘　　要：自2011年宁夏开展高标准农田建设以来,农田基础设施得到有效改善,耕地生产能力大幅提升,但受标准体系不健全、建设工程老化失修严重、信息化水平低等因素影响,高标准农田建设工程未能充分发挥效益,部分已建成的高标准农田距离农业农村现代化发展还有一定差距。在分析当前问题产生原因的基础上,并对做好高标准农田建设工作提出健全标准体系、积极推动产学研用融合、强化建后管护、加强队伍建设等建议,为今后我区高标准农田建设提供参考。Since the construction of high-standard farmland in Ningxia in 2011,the farmland infrastructure in Ningxia has been effectively improved,and the production capacity of cultivated land has been greatly increased.However,affected by the imperfect standard system,the serious aging and disrepair of constructed projects,and the low level of information technology,the high-standard farmland construction projects have failed to give full play to the benefits.Some of the high-standard farmland that has been built can not meet the requirement of the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Based on the analysis of the causes of the current problems,some suggestions are put forward for doing a good job in the construction of high-standard farmland,such as improving the standard system,actively promoting the integration of production,research and use,strengthening the post-construction management and protection,strengthening the team construction,etc.,aiming to provide a reference for the future construction of high-standard farmland in Ningxia.
