摘 要:【目的】探究川芎嗪对镉致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。【方法】将72只健康雄性ICR小鼠随机分成6个组,每组分为空白组、模型组、联苯双酯组、低、中、高剂量川芎嗪组,连续灌胃14 d,除空白组外,其余各组灌服126 mg/kg体重的氯化镉溶液,测定川芎嗪对急性镉中毒小鼠生长性能、脏器指数、血清酶水平、血清及肝脏抗氧化功能、肝脏组织结构的影响。【结果】与模型组相比,川芎嗪处理时,小鼠体重显著升高(P<0.05),血清ALT和AST水平显著降低(P<0.05),血清GSH、SOD含量和T-AOC显著升高(P<0.05),肝脏MDA显著降低(P<0.05),GSH、T-AOC含量和SOD活性均显著升高(P<0.05)。【结论】川芎嗪对镉引起的小鼠急性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。【Objective】This study aims to explore the protective effect of TMP on cadmium-induced acute liver injury in mice.【Method】Seventy-two healthy male ICR mice were randomly and equitably assigned to six groups,each group was divided into blank group,model group,Bifendate group,and low,medium,and high-dose TMP group,and were fed continuously for 14 d.Except for the blank group,each group was administered CdCl2 solution(126 mg/kg)by gavage.The effects of TMP on growth performance,organ index,serum enzymes,serum and liver antioxidant functions,liver structure in mice with acute cadmium poisoning were determined.【Result】Compared with the model group,TMP could significantly increase the body weight of mice(P<0.05),the levels of ALT and AST in serum were significant decrease(P<0.05),increase the contents of serum GSH,SOD,and T-AOC(P<0.05),decrease the MDA content of liver tissues(P<0.05),while increase GSH,T-AOC content and SOD activity(P<0.05).【Conclusion】TMP has certain protective effect on acute liver injury induced by cadmium in mice.
