摘 要:【目的】为未来动物螨病的治疗与植物源杀螨药物研发提供参考。【方法】基于中国知网(CNKI)和PubMed数据库,对2019—2023年近5年有关植物源天然产物、植物源化合物的抗螨活性和抗螨作用机制的研究进行综述。【结果】具有杀螨作用的植物天然产物种类丰富,杀螨效果与植物种类的提取方式、作用时间等相关;植物源化合物的研究以萜类、简单苯丙素类和醌类为主,其中香叶醇、芳樟醇和丁香酚具有优秀的杀螨效果。植物源天然产物可通过影响螨虫的解毒功能和神经传导等途径起直接杀螨作用,还可通过清除宿主的超氧化物自由基和调控宿主免疫等途径发挥间接抗螨效应。【结论】植物源天然产物具有巨大的杀螨潜力,有望成为化学类杀螨药物的替代方法。【Objective】The study aimed to offer insight and guidance for the future treatment of animal parasitic mites and the development of plant-derived acaricides.【Method】Utilizing the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and PubMed databases,a comprehensive review of studies published over the past five years(2019-2023)was conducted,focusing on the acaricidal activity and mechanisms of plant-derived natural products and compounds.【Result】A diverse array of plant natural products were demonstrated to exhibit acaricidal properties,with efficacy influenced by factors such as extraction methods and duration of exposure.Research efforts have predominantly focused on terpenoids,simple phenylpropanoids and quinones,among which geraniol,linalool,and eugenol were exhibited remarkable acaricidal efficacy.These plant-derived natural products can directly kill mites by disrupting their detoxification processes and nerval transmission,and indirectly by scavenging superoxide free radical and modulating immune responses in the host.【Conclusion】Plant-derived natural products show considerable potential as acaricides,and are expected to be an alternatives to conventional chemical treatments.
