外部冲击下涉农企业组织韧性提升的组态路径——基于NCA与fsQCA的研究

摘　　要：【目的】探讨涉农企业在面临外部冲击时,如何通过技术、组织、环境7种前因条件的动态组合提升组织韧性。【方法】运用必要条件分析(NCA)方法和模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,基于TOE理论框架,以82家涉农上市公司为案例样本进行组织韧性提升的组态分析。【结果】组织韧性提升是技术、组织、环境条件多重并发的结果;前因变量间的不同组合归纳出“数字-资源双元驱动型”“技术-资源-环境多元驱动型”和“政企内外协同驱动型”3条组织韧性提升路径;非组织韧性组态分析表明,技术与资源条件的缺失是涉农企业无法培育组织韧性的重要原因;区域异质性分析表明,东、中、西部地区涉农企业在组织韧性提升路径上存在显著差异。【结论】应从顺应数字化发展趋势,加大技术创新投入;优化企业资源结构,适当增加冗余资源;充分运用外部资源等方面提升涉农企业组织韧性。【Objective】This study examines how agricultural enterprises can improve their organizational resilience through dynamic combinations of seven antecedent conditions in terms of technology,organization,and environment when facing external shocks.【Method】Based on the TOE(Technology,Organization,and Environment)framework,the NCA and fsQCA methods are used to conduct a configurational analysis for enhancing organizational resilience was conducted with a case study of 82 agricultural-related listed companies.【Result】The enhancement of organizational resilience is result of multiple concurrent conditions related to technology,organization,and environment.Different combinations of antecedent variables summarize three paths for enhancing organizational resilience:"Digital-Resource dual-driven""Technology-Resource-Environment multi-driven",and"Government-Enterprise internal-external cooperation-driven".Non-organizational resilience configurational analysis indicates that the lack of technological and resource conditions is a significant reason why agricultural-related enterprises failed to cultivate organizational resilience.Regional heterogeneity analysis reveales that there are significant differences in resilience-building paths among agricultural-related enterprises in eastern,central and western regions.【Conclusion】Efforts should be made to enhance the organizational resilience of agricultural-related enterprises by conforming to the trend of digital development and increasing investment in technological innovation,optimizing resource structures,appropriately increasing redundant resources,and making full use of external resources.
