摘　　要：中国式现代化既造福中国人民,又促进世界共同发展,是世界读懂中国之关键。推动中国式现代化的国际传播具有深刻价值意蕴,有助于展示新时代中国形象、驳斥西方构陷中国式现代化论调和为广大发展中国家走向现代化提供全新选择。新时代以来,中国式现代化理论体系的初步构建、中国式现代化建设取得的伟大成就、习近平文化思想对国际传播工作的科学引领、数智技术的迅猛发展和广泛应用、中国全球伙伴关系网络的巩固拓展,为中国式现代化的国际传播提供了有利条件。基于中国在国际舆论场域有时还处于“有理说不出”“说了传不开”的被动处境,加快构建中国式现代化对外传播话语体系,以推进传播主体多元化、传播受众精准化、传播媒体数智化等方式进一步完善中国式现代化的国际传播机制,不失为全面提升中国式现代化国际传播效能的有效路径。Chinese modernization not only benefits the Chinese people,but also promotes the common development of the world.It is the key for the world to understanding China.Promoting the international communication of Chinese modernization has profound value implications,which is helpful to show the image of China in the new era,refute the Western argument of framing Chinese modernization,and provide a new choice for the vast number of developing countries to move towards modernization.Since the advent of the new era,the initial construction of the theoretical system of Chinese modernization,the great achievements of Chinese modernization practice,the scientific guidance of Xi Jinping thought on culture on international communication,the rapid development and wide application of digital intelligence technology,and the consolidation and expansion of China's global partnership network have provided favorable conditions for the international communication of Chinese modernization.Given that China is sometimes in a passive situation in the international public opinion feld where its voice is not delivered or heard,China should accelerate the construction of a discourse system for the external communication of Chinese modernization,and further improve the international communication mechanism of Chinese modernization by promoting the diversification of communication subjects,the precision of communication audiences,and the digitization of communication media.It can pave an effective path to comprehensively enhancing the international communication efficiency of Chinese modernization.
