摘　　要：以DeepSeek为例,探讨了后ChatGPT时代数字范式革新中的技术跃迁、制度协同与技术文明重构问题。首先,分析了DeepSeek在大语言模型优化中,通过混合专家架构、动态稀疏路由等手段实现的技术突破,这些实践突破了传统封闭知识构造与资源垄断的局限。其次,从东方哲学视角审视其设计理念,论述了“阴阳动态平衡”“象数相生”及“简能易知”等思想在推动人工智能系统从工具理性向认知具身化转变中的作用,构建出具备生态适应性和持续演进能力的数字生产范式。再次,考察了DeepSeek在全球数字治理领域中采用的非对称战略与生态位锁定效应,探讨了其在优化算力与数据分配、促进制度创新方面的实践意义。最后,通过技术人文主义和跨文明数智互动的视角,提出了融合东方智慧的新型全球数智治理范式。This paper uses DeepSeek for a case study to examine the critical issues of technological leapfrogging,institutional coordination,and the reconstruction of technological civilization within the context of digital paradigm innovation in the post-ChatGPT era.Firstly,it analyzes the technological breakthroughs achieved by DeepSeek in optimizing large language models through the adoption of hybrid expert architectures and dynamic sparse routing,thereby overcoming the limitations imposed by traditional,closed knowledge structures and resource monopolies.Secondly,the paper interprets DeepSeek's design philosophy from the perspective of Eastern thought,discussing how principles such as“dynamic balance of yin and yang”“mutual generation of images and numbers”and“simplicity enabling comprehension”facilitate the transformation of AI systems from mere instrumental rationality to embodied cognition,resulting in a digital production paradigm characterized by ecological adaptability and continuous evolution.Thirdly,the study examines DeepSeek's application of asymmetrical strategies and ecological niche locking effect in the realm of global digital governance,exploring the practical implications of optimizing computing and data allocation and promoting institutional innovation.Finally,through the lens of technological humanism and cross-cultural digital intelligence interaction,the paper proposes a new model of global digital governance that integrates Eastern wisdom.
