金融“五篇大文章”的深刻内涵及其对人才培养的启示

摘　　要：做好科技金融、绿色金融、普惠金融、养老金融、数字金融五篇大文章,是现阶段金融领域的重点工作。厘清金融五篇大文章的理论内涵与定位,可以得出如下结论:第一,科技金融是创新驱动发展战略的内生动力,构建“科技-产业-金融”良性循环机制是金融五篇大文章的重要支撑;第二,绿色金融是经济高质量可持续发展的强大动能;第三,普惠金融是共同富裕之路的坚固基石;第四,养老金融是建设和美中国的现实需求;第五,数字金融是推动数字化转型的底层设计。应围绕金融五篇大文章的人才队伍要求,结合建设完善人才培养体系、加强产教融合发展等高校金融教育改革建议,为培养多层次、高素养的复合型金融创新人才探索创新模式与可行路径。The five chapters of technology finance,green finance,inclusive finance,pension finance and digital finance are the key work in the financial field at this stage.This paper elaborates their theoretical connotation and significance.Main conclusions include:technology finance is an endogenous driving force of the innovation-driven development strategy,the construction of the“technology-industry-finance”benign cycle mechanism is a significant support for the five financial chapters;green finance is a powerful impetus for high-quality sustainable economic development;inclusive finance is a solid cornerstone on the road to common prosperity;pension finance is a realistic need for building a harmonious and beautiful China;digital finance is a foundational design for promoting digital transformation.To build a qualified talent team,this paper puts forward suggestions of financial education reform in universities,such as building a complete talent cultivation system and strengthening the development of industry-education fusion,aiming to explore innovative modes and feasible paths for cultivating multi-level,highly educated and inter-disciplinary financial innovation talents.
