新时代“枫桥经验”视域下“一站式”学生社区治理研究

摘　　要：新时代“枫桥经验”作为中国特色的基层社会治理典范,具有永恒价值,其核心精神和内在实质为“一站式”学生社区治理提供了宝贵经验和借鉴可能。现阶段,“一站式”学生社区治理尚存在党建工作效果待增强、学生参与认同感不足、管理服务效率需提升、资源配置整合力度不足等问题。从新时代“枫桥经验”视域下看,需要发挥党建引领作用、坚持学生主体地位、提升管理服务水平、建立“枫桥式”学生社区、优化资源配置,有效推动高等教育的高质量内涵式发展。“Fengqiao Experience”in the new era,as a model of grassroots social governance with Chinese characteristics,has eternal value.Its core spirit and internal essence provide valuable experience and potential reference for“one-stop”student community governance.At present,there are still some problems in“one-stop” student community governance,such as the effect of Party building that needs to be enhanced,students'insufficient sense of participation and identity,the efficiency of management services that needs to be improved,and weak resources allocation and integration.From the perspective of“Fengqiao Experience”in the new era,it is necessary to give full play to the leading role of Party building,adhere to students'dominant position,improve management services,establish“Fengqiao-style” student communities,optimize the allocation of resources,and effectively promote the high-quality intensive development of higher education.
