摘　　要：《农药管理条例》及其各项配套规章实施以来,对规范我国农药市场秩序,保障农药质量起到了极其重要的作用。各地在长期监督执法工作中,遇到一些特殊问题难以准确界定,现就有关问题提出并给出处理建议,以期对相关问题的执法处理提供一些借鉴。Since the implementation of the Regulations on Pesticide Administration and its supporting regulations,these policies have played an crucial role in regulating China's pesticide market and ensuring pesticides quality.However,during long-term supervision and law enforcement practices,authorities in various regions have encountered some special issues that are difficult to clearly define within existing legal framework.The paper propose suggestions for their appropriatehandling,aiming to provide some reference for pesticide law enforcement related to the issues.
