摘　　要：本文结合内蒙古2023年农药管理情况,总结梳理了管理工作举措及业绩,分析了目前存在的问题,提出了提升农药监管水平、调整优化产业结构、强化农药经营规范化管理和加强培训指导的工作思路及建议。Based on an analysis of pesticide management in Inner Mongolia over the past three years,this paper summarized the key measures taken and achievements made in pesticide managment,identified four main challenges,and proposed corresponding suggestions,including improving pesticide supervision,optimizing the structure of pesticide industry,strengthening standardized management practices,and enhancing training and guidance.
