摘　　要：构建一个检测三氟杀线酯原药的高效液相色谱分析方法。选用ZORBAX SB-C_(18)反相色谱柱,以乙腈-0.05%磷酸水溶液(体积比50∶50)作为流动相,选择275 nm为测试波长,在此条件下用外标法测定试样中三氟杀线酯的有效含量。该方法的线性相关性为1,RSD为0.12%。该方法不仅操作方便,而且具有高精密度,结果可靠,适用于三氟杀线酯的定量分析。A HPLC method for the determination of trifluenfuronate technical has been established.The analysis was performed using a ZORBAX SB-C_(18)reverse phase column with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0.05%phosphoric acid aqueous solution(50∶50,v/v).The content of trifluenfuronate in the sample was determined using an external standard method at a wavelength of 275 nm.The method exhibited excellent linearity,with a linear correlation coefficient of 1.000,and a standard deviations of 0.12.The method is simple,reliable,and highly precise,making it suitable for the quantitative analysis of trifluenfuronate.
