摘  要:本文采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)对4种芸苔素内酯类农药残留的检测探索。水样过膜处理后,直接上机检测,采用电喷雾正负离子模式(ESI+-),通过多反应监测方式(MRM)测定,外标法定量。结果显示,24-表芸苔素内酯、28-高芸苔素内酯、丙酰芸苔素内酯和14-羟基芸苔素甾醇在0.001~0.1 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.99;4种农药在添加水平为0.001~0.1 mg/L条件下的回收率为83.0%~99.2%,相对标准偏差为2.02%~5.54%。本方法简洁、高效、灵敏稳定和环保,同时满足农残痕量分析要求,为检测技术人员快速筛查水环境中多种芸苔素内酯类农药提供技术支持。This article investigates the detection of four brassinolide pesticide residues in water using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).After membrane treatment,water sampleswere directly analyzed.Detection was carried out in both positive and negative ion mode of electric spray(ESI+-)using multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)and the external standard method for quantification.The results showed that 24-epibrassinolide,28-homobrassinolide,propionylbrassinolide and 14-hydroxylated brassinosteroid had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.001~0.1 mg/L,with correlation coefficient greater than 0.99.Recoveries ranged from 83.0%~99.2%,and the relative standard deviationswere between 2.02%~5.54%atspiking level of 0.001~0.1 mg/L.This method is concise,efficient,sensitive,stable,and environmentally friendly,and meets the requirements for trace-level analysis of pesticide residues.It provides reliable technical support for the rapid screeningof various brassinolide pesticides in aquatic environments.
