摘  要:本文针对山东地区番茄黄化曲叶病毒病进行不同药剂的防治效果研究,为了筛选防治番茄黄化曲叶病毒病的有效药剂,选用新型的抗病毒剂10%氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂以及2%香菇多糖水剂、20%盐酸吗啉胍可湿性粉剂、6%寡糖·链蛋白可湿性粉剂、2%氨基寡糖素水剂等5种药剂进行田间药效试验,结果表明10%氯吲哚酰肼悬浮剂对于番茄病毒病的防控显著优于其他药剂,基于氯吲哚酰肼具有钝化病毒粒子,激活植物抗氧化体系和水杨酸通道,提升植物抗病能力的作用,且对环境友好,氯吲哚酰肼可在番茄的绿色生产中推广应用。This article investigates the prevention and control effects of various pesticides against Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus(TYLCV)disease in Shandong Province.To screen effective pesticides for managing TYLCV,field trials were conducted using a new antiviral agent-10%chloroinconazide suspension concentrates(SC),alongside four other pesticides including 2%lentinan soluble concentrate(SL),20%moroxydine hydrochloride wettable powder(WP),6%oligosaccharins·plant activator protein wettable powder(WP),and 2%amino oligosaccharides soluble concentrate(SL).The results showed that 10%chloroinconazide SC had significantly higher efficacy than the other tested pesticides.Its mode of action includes passivate virus particles,activate plant antioxidant systems and salicylic acid channels,and enhancement of plant disease resistance.In addition,it is environmentally friendly,making it a strong candidate for use in green tomato production.
