摘 要:自组学技术兴起以来,代谢组学在植物代谢物鉴定中得到了广泛应用。然而,传统代谢组学方法在揭示植物代谢物时空分布特征方面存在一定局限性。随着空间分辨技术的快速发展,将传统质谱技术与空间成像技术相结合的空间代谢组学逐渐成为植物代谢物研究的重要工具。本文系统综述了空间代谢组学的发展历程及其主要技术,并探讨了这些技术在植物代谢研究中的应用现状。此外,本文还深入分析了当前空间代谢组学面临的技术挑战及改进策略,旨在为推动植物空间代谢组学的发展提供理论支持和实践参考。Since the emergence of omics technologies,the metabolomics has been widely applied in the identification of metabolites in plants.However,the traditional metabolomics methods face limitations in uncovering the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of metabolites in plants.With the rapid development of spatial resolution technologies,the spatial metabolomics,which integrates the traditional mass spectrometry with spatial imaging techniques,has emerged as a powerful tool for studying plant metabolites.This paper provided a systematic review of the development and key technologies of spatial metabolomics,and further explored their current application in plant metabolism research.In addition,this paper conducted an in-depth analysis of the technical challenges currently faced by spatial metabolomics,and explored improvement strategies,aiming to provide the theoretical support and practical reference for advancing the development of spatial metabolomics in plants.
