摘  要:水稻(Oryza sativa)是我国主要的粮食作物,其产量和品质对国家粮食安全具有重要战略意义。非特异性脂质转运蛋白(non-specific lipid transfer proteins, nsLTPs)是一种小分子分泌性蛋白质,在细胞中分布广泛,参与脂质的非囊泡运输途径,促进植物体内的脂质转运,近年来在水稻中得到了广泛的研究。nsLTPs与水稻的生长发育和抗逆能力密切相关,参与了水稻脂质分泌、信号传导、花药发育、种子发育、病原体防御等生理过程。本文主要介绍了nsLTPs的结构特点、分类方式、在水稻生长发育中的基本作用和在抵御干旱、低温、高盐等非生物胁迫及稻瘟病、褐飞虱、二化螟等生物胁迫中的作用,对了解nsLTPs在水稻中的作用具有重要参考价值。Rice(Oryza sativa)is one of the main grain crops in China.Its yield and quality are of great strategic significance to national food security.Non-specific lipid transfer proteins(nsLTPs)are small molecule secretory proteins,which are widely distributed in cells.They promote lipid transport in plants by participating in the non-vesicular transport process of lipids.In recent years,they have been widely studied in rice.nsLTPs are closely related to the growth,development,and stress resistance of rice.They are involved in multiple physiological processes such as lipid secretion,signal transduction,anther development,seed development,and pathogen defense.In this paper,we introduced the structural characteristics,classification,and basic functions of nsLTPs in rice growth and development,as well as their roles in resisting abiotic stresses and biotic stresses,such as drought stress,low temperature stress,salt stress,rice blast disease,brown planthoppers and rice stem borers.It has important reference value for understanding the role of nsLTPs in rice.
