摘　　要：治理体系是一个国家运行的重要基石。作为一个全球性的议题,社会治理体系现代化的核心内容是构建有效应对和化解社会问题的治理规则、程序、反馈机制。当下所倡导的社会治理体系现代化是“党委领导、政府负责、民主协商、社会协同、公众参与、法治保障、科技支撑”总体视域下的现代化,是不同于西方社会中心主义的现代化,其关键在于坚持政府主导与问题导向,聚焦多元主体的利益均衡以及公共利益最大化,形成面向人民之治的治理逻辑,构建因信息化带来的社会治理变量调整机制。因此,围绕推进中国式社会治理体系现代化面临的新挑战,全面构建党建引领下的社会治理实践逻辑,科学构建民生为本的社会治理精细化逻辑,持续构建具有中国特点的社会治理网络逻辑,着力构建具有时代特色的全时空社会治理逻辑体系,势在必行。The governance system serves as a crucial cornerstone for national operations.As a global issue,the core of the modernization of social governance systems lies in establishing governance rules,procedures,and feedback mechanisms that effectively address and resolve social problems.The currently advocated modernization of social governance systems is situated within the comprehensive framework of"Party Committee leadership,government responsibility,democratic consultation,social collaboration,public participation,legal safeguards,and technological support."It is different from the Western social centrism,and its key lies in adhering to government leadership and problem orientation,focusing on the balance of interests among multiple subjects and maximizing public interests,forming a governance logic oriented towards the people,and constructing a mechanism for adjusting social governance variables brought about by informatization.Therefore,it is imperative to comprehensively build a social governance practice logic under the guidance of Party building,scientifically construct a refined logic of social governance based on people's livelihood,continuously build a social governance network logic with Chinese characteristics,and focus on building a comprehensive spatiotemporal social governance logic system with characteristics of the times,in order to face new challenges in promoting the modernization of the Chinese style social governance system.
