从“摒弃”走向“增能”:适龄白血病患儿的学校教育停滞及其社会工作介入

摘  要:大病重病患儿的学校教育问题不仅事关教育公平还会直接影响患儿的身心发展。基于生态系统理论,通过采用质性研究方法,结合个案研究、半结构化访谈与参与式观察,依托贵阳市B社工机构的医务社工项目,对适龄白血病患儿的学校教育问题进行研究发现,由于受微观系统中个体角色互动断裂和家庭纾困能力低下、中观系统中学校与医疗机构资源供给不足以及宏观系统中社会支持网络匮乏三大生态系统的影响,适龄白血病患儿正身陷学习主动性停滞、学业连续性停滞、同辈社交生活停滞以及学校保障资源停滞等学校教育停滞困境。为了确保患儿在治疗期间的学业得到延续,切实维护教育公平,可以从微观层面的个体赋能与家庭支持、中观层面的学校与医疗机构支持、宏观层面的社会资源整合以及跨系统协调层面的医教融合四大纾困路径开展具体的社会工作介入。The issue of school education for seriously ill children is not only related to educational equity,but also directly affects the physical and mental development of children.Based on the ecosystem theory,by using qualitative research methods,combining case studies,semi-structured interviews and participatory observations,and relying on the medical social work project of Guiyang Social Work Organization B,this paper conducted a study on the school education of school-age children with leukemia and found that due to the influence of the three major ecosystems of individual role interaction fracture and low family relief ability in the micro system,insufficient supply of resources in schools and medical institutions in the meso system,and lack of social support network in the macro system,school-age children with leukemia are stuck in the stagnation of learning initiative,stagnation of academic continuity,stagnation of peer social life,and stagnation of school security resources.In order to ensure the continuation of these children’s studies during the treatment period and effectively maintain educational equity,specific social work interventions can be carried out from four relief paths:individual empowerment and family support at the micro level,support from schools and medical institutions at the meso level,integration of social resources at the macro level,and integration of medical and education at the cross-system coordination level.
