摘 要:为实现固体废弃物的资源化利用,本研究采用工业废弃物中的粉煤灰烧结陶粒作为再生粗骨料,以及建筑废弃物中破碎后的废弃混凝土作为再生细骨料,并掺入膨胀珍珠岩,共同制备再生轻质保温混凝土(RLTC)。通过测定抗压强度、导热系数及进行冻融循环实验,系统探究了RLTC的工程性能。研究结果表明,粉煤灰陶粒和膨胀珍珠岩的添加,在保障抗压强度的基础上,有效提升了RLTC的轻质化和绝缘性能。在抗冻性能方面,当粉煤灰掺量不超过20%时,经125次快速冻融循环后RLTC的质量损失率控制在5%以内,满足相关规范要求。综上所述,利用多源固废制备的RLTC,在确保其基本性能的前提下,可显著提高居民房屋的保温效果,具有良好的应用前景。In order to realize the resource utilization of solid waste,the fly ash sintered ceramsite in industrial waste was used as the recycled coarse aggregate,and the crushed waste concrete in the construction waste was used as the recycled fine aggregate,and mixed with expanded perlite to jointly prepare recycled lightweight thermal insulation concrete(RLTC).By measuring the compressive strength and thermal conductivity and conducting freeze-thaw cycle experiments,the lightweight and insulating properties of RLTC were systematically explored.The results show that the addition of fly ash ceramsite and expanded perlite can effectively improve the lightweight and insulation properties of RLTC on the basis of ensuring the compressive strength.In terms of frost resistance,when the fly ash content does not exceed 20%,the mass loss rate of RLTC after 125 rapid freeze-thaw cycles is controlled within 5%,which meets the requirements of relevant specifications.In summary,RLTC prepared from multi-source solid waste can significantly improve the thermal insulation effect of residential houses under the premise of ensuring its basic performance,and has a good application prospect.
