温拌再生SBS改性沥青在道路工程中的应用

摘　　要：为提升废旧SBS改性沥青在道路工程领域的利用率,文章以不同掺量的温拌剂、再生剂作为影响因素,结合改性后沥青的基本性能、旋转黏度以及车辙因子G*/sinδ为评价指标,研究不同影响因素对温拌再生SBS改性沥青性能的变化。实验结果表明,当在废旧SBS改性沥青中添加4.5%的再生剂和8%的温拌剂时,温拌再生SBS改性沥青效果得以恢复。In order to improve the utilization rate of waste SBS modified asphalt in the field of road engineering,this paper took different amounts of warm mix and regenerant as the influencing factors,combined with the basic properties,rotational viscosity and rutting factor G*/sinδof the modified asphalt as the evaluation indexes,and studied the changes of different influencing factors on the performance of warm mix recycled SBS modified asphalt.The experimental results show that when 4.5%regenerant and 8%warm mix are added to the waste SBS modified asphalt,the effect of warm mix recycled SBS modified asphalt can be restored.
