摘 要:为提高钢纤维混凝土材料在工程建设中的实用性,以山东省济南市某高层酒店式商业办公楼建筑为研究对象,运用室内试验方法制作钢纤维混凝土试件研究材料的受力开裂过程和破坏演变规律。研究结果表明,随着钢纤维掺量的增加,钢纤维混凝土的立方体抗压强度、弯曲抗折强度均呈现非线形增加的趋势;在相同的钢纤维掺量条件下,钢纤维的长度越长,立方体抗压强度、弯曲抗折强度越低;随着钢纤维掺量的增加,钢纤维混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度均呈非线性增加的趋势;当钢纤维的掺量≤0.5%时,各工况的劈裂抗拉强度相近,当掺量>0.5%时,钢纤维混凝土试件劈裂抗拉强度与纤维长度有关;当钢纤维掺量为1%时,钢纤维长度15 mm,C55等级和C60等级钢纤维混凝土的强度均可得到提高,强度比均介于1.0~1.5。In order to improve the practicability of steel fiber reinforced concrete materials in engineering construction,a high-rise hotel-style commercial office building in Jinan City,Shandong Province was taken as the research object,and steel fiber reinforced concrete specimens were fabricated by indoor test methods to study the force cracking process and failure evolution law of the materials.The results show that with the increase of steel fiber content,the cubic compressive strength and bending flexural strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete show a trend of increasing polygonal shape.Under the condition of the same steel fiber content,the longer the length of the steel fiber,the lower the compressive strength and bending strength of the cube.With the increase of steel fiber content,the splitting tensile strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete increases nonlinearly.When the content of steel fiber is≤0.5%,the splitting tensile strength of each working condition is similar,and when the content of steel fiber is>0.5%,the splitting tensile strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete specimens is related to the fiber length.The steel fiber content is 1%,the steel fiber length is 15 mm,and the strength of C55 grade and C60 grade steel fiber reinforced concrete can be improved,and the strength ratio is between 1.0~1.5.
