摘 要:研究了轻烧氧化镁在不同掺入方式(内掺、外掺)、不同养护温度(20℃、40℃、60℃)、不同养护湿度(饱水养护、绝湿养护)和不同约束程度(自由无约束状态、一维限制约束状态)对水泥砂浆抗压强度的影响规律,并探讨了轻烧氧化镁对水泥胶砂强度影响的作用机理。结果表明:与不掺轻烧氧化镁的基准砂浆试件相比,在自由无约束状态下,内掺氧化镁对砂浆抗压强度起降低效应,外掺氧化镁对砂浆抗压强度起提升效应,养护温度升高,掺与不掺轻烧氧化镁的砂浆试件抗压强度均明显增大,养护温度的升高基本不改变氧化镁掺入方式对砂浆抗压强度影响趋势。限制约束会使砂浆试件趋于致密化,与不掺轻烧氧化镁的基准砂浆试件相比,无论是内掺还是外掺,均能提升砂浆试件抗压强度,与内掺氧化镁相比,外掺氧化镁对砂浆抗压强度的提升幅度更显著。在实际工程应用中轻烧氧化镁宜采用外掺的形式,通过外界约束和合理湿养护,利于砂浆力学性能的提升。The effects of light-burned magnesia on the compressive strength of cement mortar were studied,and the effects of light-burned magnesia on the compressive strength of cement mortar were studied,and the mechanism of the effect of light-burned magnesia on the strength of cement mortar was discussed.The results show that,compared with the benchmark mortar specimens without light burnt magnesium oxide,in the free and unconstrained state,the internal magnesium oxide has a decreasing effect on the compressive strength of the mortar,and the external magnesium oxide has an increasing effect on the compressive strength of the mortar,and the curing temperature increases,and the compressive strength of the mortar specimens mixed with and without light burning magnesium oxide increases significantly,and the increase of the curing temperature basically does not change the influence trend of magnesium oxide incorporation on the compressive strength of the mortar.Compared with the reference mortar specimens without lightly burned magnesium oxide,the compressive strength of the mortar specimens can be improved by both internal and external doping,and compared with the internal magnesium oxide,the external magnesium oxide can increase the compressive strength of the mortar more significantly.In practical engineering applications,lightly burned magnesia should be in the form of external mixing,which is conducive to the improvement of the mechanical properties of mortar through external constraints and reasonable wet curing.
