土工击实试验与现场回填土压实度的关系分析

摘  要:针对建筑地基的稳定性要求,结合漳州松霖智能家居工业园区项目,重点研究土工击实试验与现场回填土压实度的关系。总结了试验的基本要求,并从击实功、含水量、试验用土和现场土质、土样重复率、土样级配、余土高度等方面分析了影响检测精度的重要因素。研究结果表明:项目中的残积粘性土样最佳含水率为13.4%,最大干密度为1.79 g/cm3。In view of the stability requirements of the building foundation,combined with the Zhangzhou Songlin Intelligent Furniture Industrial Park project,the relationship between the geotechnical compaction test and the compaction degree of the on-site backfill soil was studied.The basic requirements of the test were summarized,and the important factors affecting the detection accuracy were analyzed from the aspects of compaction work,water content,test soil and on-site soil quality,soil sample repetition rate,soil sample gradation,and residual soil height.The results show that the optimal moisture content of the residual cohesive soil samples in the project is 13.4%,and the maximum dry density is 1.79 g/cm3.
