摘 要:为了解尾矿混凝土抗渗性能,从而合理利用此类材料进行建筑工程建设,下文结合案例,通过对尾矿主要化学成分及XRD谱图的分析,采用渗水高度法进行尾矿混凝土抗渗性能研究,按不同尾矿掺量及是否掺入减水剂设计试验方案,阐述试验流程,分析试验结果。研究表明:当尾矿掺量为30%时,混凝土透水高度小,抗渗性能提高,主要与混凝土渗透通道减少有关;相比未掺减水剂的尾矿混凝土,掺入减水剂后的尾矿混凝土抗渗性能提升。本研究可为尾矿混凝土抗渗性能优化提供技术思路。通过准确控制尾矿掺量,搭配减水剂共同制备混凝土,充分发挥各类材料的性能优势,提高尾矿混凝土抗渗性能。In order to understand the impermeability of tailings concrete,so as to rationally use such materials for construction engineering,the following case is combined with the analysis of the main chemical composition and XRD spectrum of tailings,the water seepage height method is used to study the impermeability of tailings concrete,and the test scheme is designed according to different tailings content and whether it is mixed with superplasticizer,the test process is elaborated,and the test results are analyzed.The results show that when the tailings content is 30%,the permeability height of concrete is small and the impermeability is improved,which is mainly related to the reduction of concrete permeability channel.Compared with the tailings concrete without superplasticizer,the impermeability of the tailings concrete mixed with superplasticizer is improved.This study can provide technical ideas for the optimization of the impermeability performance of tailings concrete.By accurately controlling the amount of tailings,with water reducer to prepare concrete,give full play to the performance advantages of various materials,improve the impermeability of tailings concrete.
