摘 要:在某高校学生公寓楼设计和施工中,由于机电管线密集且复杂,传统CAD二维深化设计存在绘图效率低、表达不直观、错误率高、沟通协作困难等缺点,而BIM技术能克服这些难点,设计中通过空间协同绘制各专业管线,并能进行管线碰撞检查,增强各专业的协调效率,提高设计效率。在施工中能实时可视化查看三维机电模型各专业之间的空间关系,提前发现可能隐藏的设计缺陷,避免施工阶段由于设计深度不足或者错误导致工期延误及成本浪费,可为类似复杂工程项目提供借鉴。In the design and construction of a college student apartment building,due to the dense and complex mechanical and electrical pipelines,the traditional CAD two-dimensional deepening design has the shortcomings of low drawing efficiency,unintuitive expression,high error rate,and difficult communication and collaboration,while BIM technology can overcome these difficulties.In the construction,the spatial relationship between the disciplines of the 3D electromechanical model can be visualized in real time,and the design defects that may be hidden can be found in advance,so as to avoid the delay and cost waste caused by insufficient design depth or errors in the construction stage,which can provide reference for similar complex engineering projects.
