摘　　要：文章探讨了如何通过BIM技术优化材料管理,分析了材料管理中存在的问题,提出建立标准化BIM流程、增强数据管理能力、加强BIM技术的教育与培训以及技术集成与创新应用等一系列策略,旨在通过系统的BIM技术应用优化材料管理流程,提高材料使用效率,降低成本,推动建筑行业实现可持续发展。This paper discusses how to optimize material management through BIM technology,analyzes the problems existing in the application of material management,and puts forward a series of strategies such as establishing a standardized BIM process,enhancing data management capabilities,strengthening the education and training of BIM technology,as well as technology integration and innovative application,aiming to optimize the material management process,improve the efficiency of material use,reduce costs,and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry through the application of systematic BIM technology.
