摘  要:针对城市分布式光伏发展面临空间资源摸底不清、分布不明以及资源评估和合理配置缺乏等问题,本文利用多源遥感三维数据提取屋顶范围数据,结合建筑物审批资料计算建筑屋顶光伏实际可利用面积,基于改进的地理潜力评估模型(GPA),结合太阳辐射变化等天文资料,按照月份尺度计算研究区内建筑屋顶光伏发电潜能,并对区域内建筑屋顶光伏潜能进行时空特征分析。估算结果显示,研究区域内建筑物共计115 024栋,其建筑屋顶光伏年发电模拟值为13 128.09GW·h,并随月份尺度迁移波动,其单月峰值出现在8月,谷值出现在3月,研究区内光伏发电潜能高值聚集分布呈现“西北-东南”走向。本研究成果可对区域内集中式和分布式光伏发电资源配置和合理规划提供数据依据。This paper addressed issues faced by urban distributed photovoltaic(PV) development,such as unclear spatial resource inventory,uneven distribution,and a lack of resource assessment and rational configuration.Using multi-source remote sensing three-dimensional data,rooftop boundary data are extracted.Combined with building approval documents,the actual available rooftop area for photovoltaic power generation was calculated.Based on an improved geographic potential assessment(GPA) model and astronomical data such as solar radiation changes,the rooftop photovoltaic power generation potential was estimated on a monthly scale.Spatiotemporal characteristics of rooftop photovoltaic potential in the study area were analyzed.The results show that there are a total of 115 024 buildings in the study area,with an annual photovoltaic power generation simulation value of 13 128.09 GW·h,which fluctuates on a monthly scale.The peak occurs in August,and the lowest value appears in March.The high-value distribution of photovoltaic power generation potential follows a “northwest-southeast” trend.The findings of this study provide a data-driven basis for the allocation and reasonable planning of both centralized and distributed photovoltaic power generation resources in the region.
