摘  要:本研究针对船用B10铜镍焊接弯管的腐蚀现象进行失效分析。通过低倍观察,金相分析和电子探针分析发现,B10铜镍焊接弯管腐蚀失效的主要原因是海水冲刷腐蚀。在海水冲刷作用下,铜镍管的保护膜(Cu2O)遭到破坏,材料发生晶界腐蚀。当腐蚀扩展到一定程度时,晶粒在海水冲刷下开始脱落。由于焊缝底部的凸起(焊高)及弯管处流速较大的紊流场,弯管距离焊缝较近的区域是易发生冲刷腐蚀的危险区域。而且B10合金的焊接热影响区的自腐蚀电流大于焊缝区域和基材,腐蚀速率最大,更易发生腐蚀失效。This paper conducts a failure analysis on the corrosion phenomenon of welded B10 Cu-Ni alloy elbows used in marine applications.Through low-magnification observation,metallographic analysis,and electron probe microanalysis,it is found that the primary cause of corrosion failure in the B10 Cu-Ni welded elbows is seawater erosion corrosion.Under the action of seawater erosion,the protective oxide film(Cu2O)on the copper-nickel alloy is damaged,leading to intergranular corrosion of the material.As the corrosion progresses to a certain extent,the grains begin to detach under the erosive force of the seawater.Due to the protrusions(weld reinforcement)at the bottom of the weld and the turbulent flow field with higher velocities at the elbow,the areas close to the weld seam in the elbow are identified as critical zones prone to erosion corrosion. Furthermore, the self-corrosion current in the heat-affected zone (HAZ) of the B10 alloy is greater than that in the weldregion and the base material, indicating a higher corrosion rate and a greater tendency for corrosion failure to occur in the HAZ.
