摘  要:对比了钨极氩弧焊(GTAW)和焊条电弧焊(SMAW)对UNS31803双相不锈钢焊接接头性能的影响。通过金相显微镜观察焊接接头的组织结构,采用ASTM E562标准结点法测定铁素体相比例,并测试焊接接头力学性能。结果表明,两种焊接方法所得焊接接头的相比例和组织形貌存在差异,SMAW焊缝为针状和少量块状奥氏体组织,GTAW焊缝由块状组织聚集形成针状奥氏体组织为主。两种焊接方法的焊缝和热影响区的铁素体比例均在35%~65%的合理范围内。焊接接头的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能与铁素体含量密切相关,随着铁素体含量的增加,硬度值增加,冲击吸收功降低,耐蚀性能降低。在实际工程运用中,为了提高现场焊接生产效率,GTAW主要用于小管径及薄壁的双相不锈钢焊接,大管径及厚壁的双相不锈钢采用GTAW打底+SMAW填充的焊接方法。This paper compares the effects of Gas Tungsten Arc Welding(GTAW)and Shielded Metal Arc Welding(SMAW)on the performance of UNS31803 duplex stainless steel welded joints.The microstructure of the welded joints was observed through a metallographic microscope,the ferrite phase ratio was determined using the ASTM E562 standard node method,and the mechanical properties of the welded joints were tested.The results show that there are differences in the phase ratio and tissue morphology of the welded joints obtained by the two welding methods.The SMAW weld seam consists of needle-like and a small amount of blocky austenite tissue,while the GTAW weld seam is mainly composed of blocky tissues gathered to form needle-like austenite tissue.The ferrite ratio in the weld seam and heat-affected zone of both welding methods is within the reasonable range of 35%to 65%.The mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the welded joints are closely related to the content of ferrite.As the ferrite content increases,the hardness value increases,the impact absorption work decreases,and the corrosion resistance decreases.In actual engineering applications,in order to improve the efficiency of field welding production,GTAW is mainly used for the welding of small diameter and thin wall duplex stainless steel,while the combination of GTAW backing and SMAW filling is used for the welding of large diameter and thick wall duplex stainless steel.
