摘 要:目的:比较研究不同类型山茱萸药材外观色泽与质量优劣的相关性,并建立不同类型山茱萸中4种成分(没食子酸、莫诺苷、马钱苷、獐芽菜苷)的含量测定方法。方法:收集5批次山茱萸样品,根据其外观性状的色泽、油润以及肉厚(饱满度)程度进行识别并分为A、B、C三类,采用色差仪测定山茱萸药材色度值(L^(*)、a^(*)、b^(*)),采用烘干法、总灰分测定法、冷浸法、HPLC法分别测定其相关质量评价指标:水分、总灰分、水溶性浸出物及没食子酸、莫诺苷、马钱苷、獐牙菜苷4种成分含量,并采用SPSS软件进行数据分析。结果:3类山茱萸药材的水分、总灰分、水溶性浸出物以及指标成分含量均符合2020年版中国药典要求。与C类山茱萸药材比较,A、B类山茱萸药材的a^(*)值以及水溶性浸出物含量均有显著性差异(P<0.05),其色度值a^(*)及水溶性浸出物含量均明显升高。结论:山茱萸药材外观颜色与其水溶性浸出物含量密切相关,外观颜色越红,a^(*)越大,水溶性浸出物含量越高,其质量越优,该研究可为山茱萸药材快速质量优劣评价提供参考依据。Objective:This study aims to investigate the correlation between the appearance and color of different types of Cornus offi⁃cinalis herbs and their quality,and to establish a method for determining the contents of four constituents(gallic acid,mononoside,marsenoside,and swertiamarin)in these herbs.Methods:Five batches of Cornus officinalis samples were collected,classified into cat⁃egories A,B,and C based on their appearance characteristics such as color,oiliness,and flesh thickness(fullness).The chromaticity values(L^(*),a^(*),b^(*))of the herbs were measured using a colorimeter,and quality evaluation indicators including moisture,total ash,water-soluble extract,and the contents of the four target components were determined using methods such as drying,total ash test,cold immersion,and HPLC analysis.Data were analyzed using SPSS software.Results:The moisture,total ash,water-soluble extract,and the contents of the target components in all three types of Cornus officinalis met the standards outlined in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Compared to category C,significant differences in the a^(*)value and water-soluble extract content were observed in cat⁃egories A and B(P<0.05),with higher a^(*)values and water-soluble extract contents in the latter.Conclusion:The appearance color of Cornus officinalis herbs is closely related to their water-soluble extract content.A higher redness(larger a^(*)value)corresponds to a higher content of water-soluble extract,suggesting that the quality of Cornus officinalis herbs is positively correlated with the color inten⁃sity.The findings of this study provide a reference for the rapid quality assessment of Cornus officinalis herbs.
