振动触觉反馈对办公场景下的坐姿劝导有效性评估

摘  要:随着现代工作方式向久坐办公转变,办公环境下不良坐姿导致的工作相关肌肉骨骼疾病(WMSDs)日益突出。因此,研制具有振动触觉反馈的办公座椅原型,评估其对改善办公人员坐姿行为、减少肌肉疼痛的有效性。构建一种简易的阈值触发振动反馈系统,安装在人体工学办公椅上,通过单片机采集实时压力数据判断用户坐姿是否符合健康标准,并采用振动触觉反馈机制进行劝导,促使办公人员调整不良坐姿。结果表明:该基于振动触觉反馈的坐姿劝导系统能有效帮助办公人员保持背部良好坐姿,降低因不良坐姿导致的肌肉疼痛感,并减少肌肉骨骼疾病的风险。该研究为人体工学领域的触觉反馈应用提供了新的实践依据。With the shift of modern workstyles towards sedentary office environments,work-related musculoskeletal disorders(WMSDs)caused by poor sitting postures have become increasingly prominent.This study aims to develop an office chair prototype with vibrotactile feedback and evaluate its effectiveness in improving sitting behaviors and reducing muscle pain among office workers.A simplified threshold-triggered vibration feedback system is constructed and integrated into an ergonomic office chair.The system employs a microcontroller unit to collect real-time pressure data for assessing whether users'sitting postures meet health standards,accompanied by a vibrotactile feedback mechanism to prompt posture adjustments when deviations occur.Results demonstrate that the posture reminder system based on vibrotactile feedback effectively helps office workers maintain proper back posture,reduces muscle pain associated with poor sitting habits,and decreases the risk of musculoskeletal disorders.This research provides new practical evidence for haptic feedback applications in the field of ergonomics.
