摘 要:针对PCB数控钻床在模块划分中体现的层级特性进行分析研究,以不同层级作为切入点,进行PCB数控钻床Z轴机构模块化设计。利用基于最小产品装配时间的模块化设计的思想,以零部件的几何、功能、结构关联为依据对产品进行初步划分,建立零部件关联矩阵,并定义单个最小子集为最小模块。根据模块组间的关联度和模块聚合度计算结果,以动态聚类赋予各模块组之间的关联度,对PCB数控钻床Z轴机构进行合理地模块划分。利用SolidWorks完成样机的三维模型,并利用干涉检查等命令针对模型进行优化,提高零部件兼容性,再输出工程图进行实际生产并装配。结果显示,样机装配时间减少40%,最高速度可达600孔/min,钻孔精度偏差稳定在±0.025 mm以内,在第二精度等级钻孔的成功率达99.9%。有效提高了PCB数控钻床钻孔精度,为产品的模块化设计和优化设计结合的解决方案提供了参考。The hierarchical characteristics reflected in the module division of PCB CNC drilling machines are analyzed,and the modular design of the Z-axis mechanism of PCB CNC drilling machines is investigated from the perspective of different hierarchical levels.Through the idea of modular design based on minimum product assembly time,the product is preliminarily divided based on the geometric,functional,and structural associations of components,and a component association matrix is established.And a single minimum subset is defined as the smallest module,the results are calculated based on the correlation degree and module aggregation degree between module groups,and dynamically cluster is applied to assign the correlation degree between each module group to reasonably divide the Z-axis mechanism of PCB CNC drilling machine into modules.SolidWorks is used to create the 3D model of the prototype,and the model is optimized by using interference checks and other commands to improve component compatibility.Finally,the engineering drawings for actual production and assembly is output.As a result,the assembly time of the prototype is reduced by 40%,the maximum speed can reach 600 holes/min,the drilling accuracy deviation is stable within±0.025 mm,and the success rate of drilling in the second precision level is 99.9%.This approach has effectively improved the drilling accuracy of PCB CNC drilling machines,providing a reference for the combination of modular design and optimized design solutions for products.
