摘 要:RCEP签署生效为我国农产品贸易发展带来了新的契机。基于数智化发展,通过构建贸易引力模型,以互联网普及率为核心解释变量,对我国农产品出口的影响因素进行实证研究。结果表明我国对RCEP其他成员国农产品出口规模与双方互联网普及率、国内生产总值、国内总人口、贸易条件指数、贸易开放程度等因素呈正相关,与汇率呈负相关关系。对此,提出加强信息基础设施建设、提高农产品竞争力、稳定汇率等政策建议,为推动我国对RCEP其他成员国出口农产品提供参考。The signing and entry into force of the RCEP has brought a new opportunity for the development of China’s trade of agricultural products.Based on the development of digital intelligence,this paper con-structs a trade gravity model and takes Internet penetration rate as the core explanatory variable to conduct an empirical study on the influencing factors of China’s agricultural products exports.The results show that the export scale of agricultural products between China and other RCEP member countries is positively correlated with factors such as Internet penetration rate,GDP,domestic population,terms of trade index and degree of openness of both sides,and negatively correlated with exchange rate.In this regard,this paper puts forward policy suggestions such as strengthening the construction of information infrastructure,improving the competitiveness of agricultural products,and stabilizing the exchange rate,so as to provide reference for promoting China’s agricultural products exports to other RCEP member countries.
