摘  要:在市域社会治理现代化的背景下,采用社会共治理论作为理论框架,深入分析年轻居民参与社区事务管理的角色、作用及其与社区其他主体的互动关系。通过实地研究方法和质性研究手段,揭示年轻居民在社区治理中参与积极性缺失的现实困境,并基于社会共治的视角,提出对策:建立管理模式以加强校社联动,厘清角色定位以加强扶持引导,完善人才制度以提高服务能力,以及加强平台建设以形成良性承继。旨在通过这些对策提高年轻居民的参与积极性,提升社区治理的质量,从而为社区的市域社会治理现代化发展提供理论支持和实践指导。In the context of exploring the modernization of municipal social governance,this study adopts the theory of social co-governance as a theoretical framework to analyze in depth the roles and functions of young residents’participation in community affairs management as well as their interactions with other subjects in the community.Through field research methods and qualitative research tools,this paper reveals the real-life dilemma of young residents’lack of participatory motivation in community governance,and proposes a series of countermeasures from the perspective of social co-governance.These countermeasures include establishing a management model to strengthen school-community linkage,clarifying role positioning to strengthen support and guidance,improving the talent system to enhance service capacity,and strengthening platform construction to form a virtuous succession.Through these strategies,this paper aims to improve the participation of young residents and enhance the quality of community governance,thereby providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the modernization and development of municipal social governance in the community.
