摘　　要：数字经济发展对新商科人才培养提出了新要求。基于产教协同,以新理念、新范式、新目标引领新商科应用型人才培养,从顶层设计、理论环节、实践环节、平台搭建等四个方面入手,通过服务产业链、优化专业链、完善培养链、激活创新链、强化就业链,把数字素养培育融入新商科专业人才培养的全过程,为产教协同推进新商科应用型人才培养提供了新思路。The development of the digital economy has raised new requirements for the training of talents in the new business disciplines.Based on industry-education collaboration,the cultivation of applied talents in new business disciplines is guided by new concepts,new paradigms,and new goals.This approach involves four key aspects:top-level design,theoretical framework,practical components,and platform development.By serving the industrial chain,optimizing the professional chain,improving the training chain,activating the innovation chain,and strengthening the employment chain,the cultivation of digital literacy is integrated into the entire process of talent cultivation in new business disciplines.This research provides new insights into advancing the cultivation of applied talents in new business disciplines through industry-education collaboration.
