航空发动机转子过盈热装工艺模拟研究

摘  要:航空发动机中的转子面临着极为恶劣的工作环境,因此要求其装配具有极高的精度和可靠性,过盈装配正是实现这一目标的关键技术。目前的加热方式加热到特定温度时所需时间太长,很难满足现有条件下发动机的供求关系,因此研究新型的转子加热方式意义重大。本文通过ANSYS Workbench仿真,根据实际需求对不同材料、不同尺寸的转子热装过程建立模型,通过数值计算结果分析转子温度场并对热变形情况进行分析,得到了三种不同加热方式(加热线圈、轴承加热器、防爆加温箱)对转子的加热时间与温度、过盈量三者之间的关系。结果表明,加这三种新型的加热方式在保证转子温度和过盈量的同时,能够使转子加热时间减小,从而可以大大提高发动机的装配效率。In the aero-engine,the rotor is faced with extremely harsh working environment,so the assembly of the rotor is required to have extremely high accuracy and reliability.Interference assembly is the key technology to achieve this goal.The current heating method takes too long to heat to a specific temperature,and it is difficult to meet the supply and demand of the engine under the existing conditions.So it is of great significance to study new rotor heating methods.In this paper,ANSYS Workbench simulation is used to establish models for rotor hot assembly processes of different materials and different sizes according to actual needs.The rotor temperature field is analyzed by numerical calculation results and the thermal deformation is analyzed.The relationship between heating time,temperature and interference of three different heating methods on the rotor is obtained.The results show that the three new heating methods of heating coil,explosion-proof heating box and bearing heater can reduce the heating time of the rotor while ensuring the temperature and interference of the rotor,thus greatly improving the assembly efficiency of the engine.
