摘 要:2-氯-4-甲硫基-3-甲基苯乙酮是呋喃磺草酮和环磺酮的关键中间体。以3-氯-2-甲基苯胺为原料,经重氮化、硫醚化制备2-氯-6-甲硫基甲苯,再经傅克反应,得到2-氯-4-甲硫基-3-甲基苯乙酮,优化条件下目标化合物纯度95.84%(HPLC),收率91.22%,化合物结构经NMR确证。该工艺具有收率高、成本低和三废少的优势,具有工业应用价值。2-Chloro-4-methylthio-3-methylacetophenone is the key intermediate of tefuryltrione and cyclosulphonone.2-Chloro-6-methylthiotoluene was prepared from 3-chloro-2-methylaniline by diazotization and thioetherification,and then the target compound 2-chloro-4-methylthio-3-methylacetophenone was obtained by Friedel-Crafts reaction.The purity of the target compound was 95.84%(HPLC)and the yield was 91.22%.The compounds were confirmed by NMR.The process has the advantages of high yield,low cost and less three wastes,and has industrial application value.
