摘  要:设计并合成了2个偶氮苯羟基衍生物,阐明其光化学性质和作为荧光探针的应用前景。其结构经^(1)H NMR和^(13)C NMR表征确证以及光化学性质测试,结果表明,偶氮苯可在光照的条件下发生光致异构化反应;2-羟基偶氮苯和2,2′-二羟基偶氮苯可与Fe^(3+)和Al^(3+)等特定离子结合,表现出荧光探针的性能。合成的偶氮苯类光致变色化合物具有良好的光化学性质和离子探针性能,为其在分子开关、荧光探针领域的应用奠定了基础。Two azobenzene hydroxyl derivatives were designed and synthesized,and their photochemical properties along with their potential application as fluorescent probes were elucidated.Their chemical structures were characterized by using NMR and their photochromic properties were investigated by using optical instruments.Azobenzene can undergo photoisomerization reaction under light irradiation;2-hydroxyazobenzene and 2,2′-dihydroxyazobenzene can bind with Fe^(3+)and Al^(3+)metal ions and exhibit the fluorescent probe properties.Azobenzene-based photochromic compounds,synthesized via organic methods,exhibit superior photochemical properties and ion probe capabilities,thereby establishing a solid foundation for their utilization in the realms of molecular switches and fluorescent probes.
