摘 要:为提升密封胶的综合性能,研究高性能SPU建筑用密封胶的制备及其性能测试。以聚环氧丙烷二元醇作为原料制备黏结促进剂,使用聚环氧丙烷二元醇和聚环氧丙烷三元醇两种材料制备SPU树脂,混合黏结促进剂与SPU树脂,在碳酸钙和无水乙醇(封端材料)等外加剂的辅助下,制备出适合应用在建筑上的密封胶。测试填料用量对该密封胶力学性能及硬度影响,分析封端比例对储存稳定性影响,研究固化时长对黏结性能影响。结果显示,碳酸钙用量为3.0%时,密封胶流动性较好,拉伸强度达到1.79 MPa;封端比例为100%时密封胶储存稳定性较高;固化时间20 d左右,密封胶的抗剪强度与面积百分比不再发生明显变化,黏结性能良好。To improve the overall performance of sealants and ensure construction quality,the preparation and performance testing of high performance SPU building sealant were investigated.An adhesive promoter was prepared using polypropylene oxide diol as a raw material.The SPU resin was synthesized from two materials:polypropylene oxide diol and polypropylene oxide triol.The adhesive promoter was mixed with the SPU resin,and with the assistance of additives such as calcium carbonate and anhydrous ethanol(as capping agents),a sealant suitable for construction applications was produced.The effect of calcium carbonate content on the hardness of the sealant's mechanical properties was tested,the impact of the capping ratio on storage stability was analyzed,and the influence of curing time on bonding performance was studied.The results showed that when the calcium carbonate content was 3.0%,the sealant exhibited good flowability,and the tensile strength reached 1.79 MPa.When the capping ratio was 100%,the sealant demonstrated higher storage stability.With a curing time of approximately 20 days,the shear strength and area percentage of the sealant no longer changed significantly,and the bonding performance remained excellent.
