摘 要:为探究我国北部高寒高盐地区PVA纤维混凝土的耐久性,对不同PVA纤维体积掺量(0、0.1%、0.3%、0.5%)的混凝土试件在质量分数为5%的硫酸钠溶液中进行冻融循环试验,研究试件的表观形态、质量、超声波声速、抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度随盐冻循环次数的变化情况,并分析不同体积掺量的PVA纤维对混凝土力学性能的提升效果。结果表明:掺入PVA纤维可以提高混凝土的抗盐冻性能,最优体积掺量为0.3%,该掺量下经盐冻循环150次后混凝土的质量损失率为0.23%,相对动弹性模量为0.962;随着盐冻循环次数的增加,混凝土抗压强度先升高后降低,劈裂抗拉强度降低,且降低速率逐渐增大;盐冻循环次数相同时,体积掺量为0.3%的PVA纤维对混凝土力学性能的提升效果最佳。To explore the durability of PVA fiber concrete in high cold and high salt area in northern China,freeze-thaw cycle test was carried out for concrete with different PVA fiber volume content(0,0.1%,0.3%and 0.5%)in sodium sulfate solution with a mass fraction of 5%.The apparent morphology,mass,ultrasonic velocity,compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the specimen were studied with the times of salt freezing circulation,and the effect of PVA fiber with different volume content on the mechanical properties of concrete was analyzed.The results show that adding PVA fiber to concrete can improve the salt-freezing resistance of concrete,and the optimal volume content of PVA fiber is 0.3%,at which the mass loss rate of concrete is 0.23%and the relative dynamic elastic modulus is 0.962 at 150 times of salt-freezing.With the increase of the number of salt-freezing cycles,the compressive strength of concrete first increases and then decreases,while the splitting tensile strength decreases and the decreasing rate increases gradually.When the number of salt-freezing cycles is the same,the PVA fiber with 0.3%volume content has the best effect on improving the mechanical properties of concrete.
