变截面波形钢腹板PC组合连续箱梁横隔板研究

摘  要:基于ABAQUS软件建立了三跨变截面波形钢腹板PC组合连续箱梁有限元模型,分析了横隔板类型(UHPC、钢板、钢架)及间距对结构整体翘曲与畸变效应的影响规律,并得到了横隔板间距最大值。结果表明:在波形钢腹板PC组合连续箱梁内合理设置横隔板可以有效限制整体翘曲应力和畸变翘曲应力;波形钢腹板组合连续箱梁的畸变效应受横隔板类型的影响较小;UHPC和钢板横隔板兼具轻量化与优异约束性能,整体翘曲应力较钢架横隔板降低59.88%;钢架横隔板约束效能最弱,其畸变翘曲应力峰值较其他类型高32.69%。推荐优先选用UHPC或钢板横隔板,并通过拟合得到横隔板间距公式为横隔板的设计提供依据。A three-span continuous box girder finite element model with variable cross-sections and corrugated steel web prestressed concrete(PC)composite structure is developed using ABAQUS software.This study systematically investigate the influence of diaphragm types(UHPC,steel plate,steel frame)and spacing configurations on integral warping and distortion effects,ultimately establishing calculation curves for determining maximum diaphragm spacing thresholds.The results show that the reasonable setting of diaphragm in PC composite continuous box girder with corrugated steel web can effectively limit the integral warping stress and distorted warping stress;the distortion effect of corrugated steel web composite continuous box girder is less affected by the type of diaphragm;UHPC and steel plate diaphragm have both lightweight and excellent restraint performance,and the integral warping stress is 59.88%lower than that of steel frame diaphragm;the restraint efficiency of steel plate diaphragm is the weakest,and the peak value of distortion warping stress is 32.69%higher than that of other types.The study suggests that UHPC or steel plate diaphragms be given priority,and based on curve fitting,it provides optimization references for the spacing in engineering design.
