摘 要:生态流量的核定是已建水利水电工程生态流量核定与保障先行先试工作的重要环节,是生态流量管理的基础。以赣江流域章水的油罗口水库为例,针对有多个生态流量审批成果,目标值不确定的问题,采用多种水文学方法从水文节律、保障程度、上下游协调性等方面进行综合分析,核定生态流量,得出结论:若考虑季节性变化对水生生物的影响,则Tennant法综合表现最优,产卵期参考取值6.99~11.00 m^(3)/s,一般用水期参考取值0.52~1.78 m^(3)/s;若考虑小流域简化管理等方面需求,则建议采用章江流域综合规划修编报告已有成果1.52 m^(3)/s。研究结果可为油罗口水库生态流量的确定提供参考,为其他已建水利水电工程生态流量的核定提供方法借鉴。The verification of the ecological flow is an important step in the ecological flow verification and guarantees trial work for the built water conservancy and hydropower projects,and the basis of ecological flow management.This paper takes Zhangshui Youluokou Reservoir of Ganjiang River Basin as an example,focuses on the problem that there are multiple ecological flow approval results and the target value is uncertain,and uses multiple hydrological methods to verify the ecological flow from the perspectives of hydrological rhythm,guarantee degree,the coordination between upper reaches and lower reaches,etc.It is concluded that if the effect of seasonal changes on aquatic organisms is considered,the Tennant method demonstrates the best comprehensive performance.The reference value for the spawning period is 6.99~11.0 m^(3)/s,and that for the general water use period is 0.52~1.78 m^(3)/s.If the needs for simplified management of small watersheds are considered,it is recommended to adopt the existing result of 1.52 m^(3)/s from the Zhangjiang River Basin Comprehensive Planning Revision Report.The research results can provide a reference for the determination of the ecological flow of Youluokou Reservoir and provide some methods for the verification of the ecological flow of other built water conservancy and hydropower projects.
