摘  要:以某型动车组列车的编织碳纤维复合材料箱体为研究对象,探究了碳纤维复合材料结构件在冲击载荷下的结构强度安全性问题。首先,通过力学性能测试获取了箱体材料准确的材料参数。然后,依据GB/T 21563-2018标准规定的冲击工况激励(纵向5 g、横向3 g、垂向3 g)对箱体结构进行了有限元瞬态动力学仿真分析,对于仿真结果分别采用Tsai-Wu失效准则和最大应变准则进行了碳纤维失效评价。有限元计算结果表明:编织碳纤维复合材料车载箱体满足设计要求。最后,对编织碳纤维复合材料车载箱体样件开展了台架冲击试验,使用应变片和应变花测量箱体危险区域应变。通过试验结果与仿真结果对比分析可知:箱体的应变测量值与有限元计算结果具有良好的一致性,误差在合理范围内,验证了仿真模型和计算方法的有效性和可靠性。Taking the braided carbon fiber composite box of a certain type of EMU as the research object,the structural strength and safety of carbon fiber composite structural parts under impact load are explored.Firstly,the accurate material parameters of the boxes are obtained through the mechanical properties test.Then,the finite element transient dynamic simulation analysis of the box structure is carried out according to the impact excitation(longitudinal 5 g,transverse 3 g and vertical 3 g)specified in GB/T 21563-2018,and the Tsai-Wu failure criterion and maximum strain criterion are used to evaluate the failure of carbon fiber.The finite element calculation results indicate that the braided carbon fiber composite onboard boxes meet the design requirements.Finally,the bench impact test was carried out on the braided carbon fiber composite onboard box sample,and the strain in the dangerous area of the box was measured by strain gauge and strain rosette.Through the comparison between the test results and the simulation results,it can be seen that the strain measurement values of the box are in good agreement with the finite element calculation results,and the error is within a reasonable range,which verifies the validity and reliability of the simulation model and calculation method.
