摘  要:为满足广大乘客在舒适性、经济性、安全性等方面的需求,中国铁路乌鲁木齐局集团有限公司配属了35组时速160 km“复兴号”CR200J3型动力集中动车组。动力集中动车组在外部环境高于40℃的极端高温下运行,发生过多起因空调内部保护停机的故障。为了解决因空调内部保护停机的故障,文章从动力集中动车组的运用环境、空调内部保护逻辑、旁通阀启动逻辑和运用维修方面进行了分析与改进,分析得出高温和强辐射是造成空调高压保护停机的外部原因;空调内部控制逻辑不合理和旁通阀未开启是造成空调保护的内部原因。因此将压力开关动作冗余次数设置为5次;优化旁通阀启动逻辑;确保旁通阀启动;将空调滤网清洁周期从90天缩短到30天;高温、强辐射、强风沙环境时空调滤网清洁周期缩短到15天,解决了空调高压保护停机的问题,提高了旅客的舒适度。In order to meet the needs of passengers in terms of comfort,economy and safety,China Railway Urumqi Group Co.,Ltd.is equipped with 35 sets of“Fuxing”CR200J3 power-centralized EMUs with a speed of 160 km/h.The power-concentrated EMUs operate at extreme high temperatures higher than 40℃,and the internal protection unit of air conditioning fails frequently.In order to address this issue,this paper conducts an analysis of the operational environment of a power-concentrated EMU,the internal protection logic of the air conditioner,the activate logic of the bypass valve,and the operation and maintenance.The findings indicate that high temperature and strong radiation are the external factors responsible for the failure of high-pressure protection in the air conditioner.The internal control logic of the air conditioner is deemed unreasonable,and the bypass valve is not activated,resulting in the failure of air conditioner protection.Set the redundant number of pressure switch actions to five,optimize the activate logic of the bypass valve,ensure the activation of the bypass valve,and shorten the cleaning cycle of the air conditioning filter from 90 days to 30 days,and 15 days in high temperature,strong radiation,and strong wind and sand environments.All of these measures prevent the malfunction of the high-pressure protection of the air conditioner and enhance the comfort of passengers.
