摘 要:地铁车辆车门系统是影响车辆运营的故障频发件。文章以DKZ15型电动客车的电动内藏门为研究对象,通过故障数据统计分析,提出了基于RCM理论的车门子系统功能、故障模式、故障原因及影响因素的分析方法,梳理了导致该型车门故障的所有可能因素和薄弱环节,制定了改进措施并优化了维修模式,为进一步的故障诊断和维修策略优化提供了数据支撑。实践数据证明,该方法可有效降低电客车车门系统的故障率,减少备件投入成本,为列车的安全运营提供保障。目前,这种车辆部件的可靠性分析方法已在北京地铁多条线路的电客车上推广使用。The door system of subway vehicles fails frequently,which affects vehicle operation.Taking the built-in electric door of DKZ15 electric passenger car as the research object,this paper puts forward the analysis method of door subsystem function,failure mode,failure cause and influencing factors based on RCM theory through statistical analysis of failure data,sorts out all possible factors and weak links that lead to the failure of this type of door,formulates improvement measures and optimizes maintenance mode,and provides data support for further failure diagnosis and maintenance strategy optimization.The practical data proves that this method can effectively reduce the failure rate of electric passenger door system,reduce the input cost of spare parts,and provide a guarantee for the safe operation of trains.At present,this reliability analysis method of vehicle components has been popularized and used in electric passenger cars on many Beijing metro lines.
