摘 要:针对曙光煤矿1220综采工作面回采期间揭露断层坚硬岩层的问题,通过现场调研、模拟计算、理论分析等手段,展开工作面坚硬岩层处理技术的设计及应用研究。通过综合分析,采用水力压裂工艺对硬岩进行弱化具有可行性、经济性。数值模拟研究表明,工作面前方0~5 m煤岩体内最小主应力较小,适合进行水力压裂。根据1220工作面实际条件,设计水力压裂处理方案,确定起裂压力为5.3 MPa,设计压裂孔间水平间距3.0 m,压裂水压15 MPa。实践表明,水力压裂技术有效降低了坚硬岩层的完整性,提高了岩体的可切割性,保障了工作面的安全顺利推进。该技术具有借鉴、参考意义。In view of the problem of exposing the hard rock layer of fault during mining of No.1220 fully mechanized mining face in Shuguang Mine,the design and application of the hard rock treatment technology of the working face were carried out by means of field investigation,simulation calculation and theoretical analysis.The comprehensive analysis showed that it was feasible and economical to use hydraulic fracturing technology to weaken hard rock.The numerical simulation showed that the minimum principal stress in the coal rock mass in the range of 0~5m in front of the working face was small,which was suitable for hydraulic fracturing.The hydraulic fracturing treatment scheme was designed according to the actual conditions of No.1220 working face.The practice showed that the hydraulic fracturing measures effectively reduced the integrity of the hard rock,improved the cuttability of the rock mass,ensured the safe and smooth progress of the working face,and achieved ideal application results.It had important reference significance.
