石港煤矿15号煤二采区准备大巷支护方案优化研究

摘  要:为改善石港煤矿15号煤二采区准备大巷围岩控制效果,在矿压监测数据处理与分析的基础上,运用理论分析与数值模拟等方法进行巷道支护方案优化研究。结果表明,原支护设计条件下,顶板及帮部锚杆载荷较大、屈服破坏风险高,锚索载荷偏小、未充分发挥作用;在此基础上,提出将顶板锚索长度由8.5 m减小为7.0 m、锚固剂由1.2 m增大为1.6 m,预应力由120 kN提高至190 kN的优化方案。数值模拟分析结果表明,巷道围岩塑性区和表面位移量均明显减小;在二采区机轨巷进行现场试验表明,优化后的锚索、锚杆受力更加合理,表明提出的优化方案能够更好的控制围岩。所得结果为石港煤矿准备大巷支护参数优化提供科学依据。In order to improve the control effect of surrounding rock in the preparation roadway of No.15 coal mining area in Shigang Coal Mine,on the basis of data processing and analysis of mine pressure monitoring,the optimization of roadway support scheme is studied by means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The results show that under the original support design conditions,the load of roof and side bolts is large,the risk of yield failure is high,and the load of anchor cable is small and does not fully play its role.On this basis,an optimization scheme is proposed to reduce the length of roof anchor cable from 8.5 m to 7.0 m,increase the anchorage agent from 1.2 m to 1.6 m,and increase the prestress from 120 kN to 190 kN.The results of numerical simulation analysis show that the plastic zone and surface displacement of roadway surrounding rock are obviously reduced.The field test in the machine rail roadway of the second mining area shows that the optimized anchor cable and bolt are more reasonable,indicating that the proposed optimization scheme can better control the surrounding rock.The results provide a scientific basis for the optimization of support parameters of preparation roadway in Shigang Coal Mine.
