矸石充填工作面支架整体搬家沿充留巷技术应用研究

摘  要:针对受断层等条件影响,工作面呈“刀把”形状、开采难度大等问题,本文以邢东矿11215矸石充填工作面为例,采取对充填体进行改性增加强度、减少采动应力传递,添加水泥和碾压混凝土增加充填体强度,撤架后及时排木垛并充填矸石及水泥浆等措施,对巷道进行沿充留巷。应用结果表明:围岩变形在允许范围内,未影响巷道正常使用;预留的20 m煤柱全部回收,增加了矿井服务年限;利用设计研发的撤架平台配合多组绞车接力,将10.5 m超长矸石充填支架整体搬家。该工艺实现了工作面快速搬家,缓解了采掘接替紧张局面,为类似矿井回采工作面整体搬家沿充留巷支架提供了可靠依据,具有良好的经济和社会效益。In view of the problem that the working face was in the shape of"knife handle"and the difficulty of mining was affected by faults and other conditions,No.11215 gangue filling working face of Xingdong Mine was taken as an example,and takes measures such as modifying the filling body to increase strength and reduce mining stress transfer,adding cement and roller compacted concrete to increase the strength of the filling body,timely rowing of wood cribs and filling gangue and cement slurry after removing the frame,and retaining the roadway along the filling roadway.The application results showed that the deformation of surrounding rock was within the allowable range,which did not affect the normal use of roadway.The reserved 20 m coal pillars were all recovered,which increased the service life of the mine.By using the design and development of the removal platform with multiple sets of winch relay,the 10.5 m super long gangue filling support was moved as a whole.The process realized the rapid moving of the working face,alleviated the tension of mining replacement,and provided a reliable basis for the overall moving of the similar mine working face along the filling and retaining roadway support,which had good economic and social benefits.
